REGISTRATION/
PLACEMENT

Our mission at ProForm Tennis is to provide our clients with world class teaching programs and coaching staff, and to create an atmosphere that is conducive to developing players of all ages and abilities.

REGISTRATION / PLACEMENT

A completed and signed registration form is due upon registration.
A free 10 minute hitting evaluation with a pro is provided to determine placement into an appropriate clinic.
Evaluations are currently being conducted on Friday afternoons at 6:30pm at Doral Arrowwood. Space is limited, so please call the Proform office (914) 935 6688 to reserve your evaluation spot.
